This policy covers all apps published by Colorful River Holdings, including Fireside Terminal, on every platform where they are distributed (Amazon Fire TV, Google TV / Android TV, LG webOS, Samsung Tizen, Apple TV, and others).

What we collect

Nothing. Our apps do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information or usage data. They contain no analytics, no advertising, no accounts, and no tracking of any kind.

Network access

Our apps are designed to run offline. On most platforms they make no network requests at all — the fire simulation and the music are generated on your device in real time. On Samsung TVs, Fireside Terminal downloads its music as static audio files from a content server instead of synthesizing it locally; those downloads carry no personal information, no identifiers, and no telemetry, and we operate no servers that see them.

Purchases

If an app offers an optional premium unlock, the purchase is processed entirely by the platform's own store (for example, the App Store, Google Play, or the Amazon Appstore). We receive no personal or payment information from these transactions.

Children

Because our apps collect no data at all, they collect no data from children.

Changes to this policy

If a future update ever changes what data an app touches, we will update this page before that update ships.
